The living zone provides a tranquil retreat, set up with a comfortable chaise lounge, split system heating/cooling and a Smart TV with Netflix connectivity. This space flows straight onto a full-span covered deck, with breathtaking views. Inside or out, rain or shine, curl up and relax, and be mesmerized by the views of the bush and beyond.

This place has it all for entertaining and relaxing! The entertaining area includes an outdoor setting and BBQ, with landscaped green spaces and sweeping lawns complete with huge Crashmat’s so you can crash into a beanbag in the sun, read a book, play a game or just have a snooze - they make for the perfect companion! Bird lovers will see galah’s cockatoos, rosellas, king parrots, gang gangs and magpies, with possible visits from kangaroos too. Pets welcome by request, but please note there are no fences (please enquire at the time of booking, pet fees apply).

Beautifully decorated, the spacious floorplan boasts blonde laminate timber flooring, textural boho-style furnishings and the freshness of hanging plants and greenery. Accommodating up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, there is 1 bathroom and open plan living, making this the ideal setting for a memorable
couple’s retreat, girls weekend away, executive lodging or family holiday haven.

A well-stocked kitchen offers quality amenities, with electric oven and cooktop, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, complete with a lovely dining setting for four guests.

Both bedrooms embrace beautiful views and are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible.

The King-size Master bedroom is tastefully decorated in a sea green colour palette – exuding a calm aesthetic with a beautiful leafy view over the lawn. The Queen-size bedroom has an abundance of natural light, and is characterised by a whitewashed timber setting and décor in driftwood tones.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house and the grounds. The home owners live further up the shared driveway, totally out of sight.

Our beach house is within walking/riding/driving distance to beaches, parks and shops. Ample off-street parking available, with a carport for 2 vehicles plus lots of driveway space.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Jan Juc is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
