"Awesome place near the beach. I was familiar with the area and knew exactly where it was and chose it for that reason. It's is in a quiet neighborhood between the busy part of Folly Rd and Folly Beach near the marshes. Beautiful deck off some forested lowlands and wonderful home. Super convenient to everything yet so quiet and peaceful. Definitely planning to stay again. 5 stars all the way!"

"Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! "

"Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. I appreciate the property manager kept us informed before check in, they had a little problem with the A/C and the technician was still on premises to fix it. We arrived at 4 and they...
