"Our front desk person allowed us to move from a third floor room to a 1st floor handicapped room with quick access out of the building.

"Property appeared very new and updated, everything was very clean, staff was very helpful, they had their own parking, which was convenient, The shower was very nice and well designed, security was present, which made you feel safe, room, temperature, and air conditioning was great and very quiet.
Would like to see complementary coffee in the lobby, which is more convenient than going to the seventh floor or taking time to make our own in the room. Also, we really liked having parking on site,...
"Great customer service! All staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well equipped- full kitchen with utensils, regular size fridge. Bed was comfortable. There was a larger than average bathroom with standing shower -very nice. Parking was paid ($18/day), but very convenient. Hotel breakfast had variety and was very good in comparison to other competing hotels in area. Went to concert at Red Hat Ampitheater- literally a short walk to venue. Great location for...
"Our only issue was the fire alarm went off and everyone had to leave the hotel for a couple hours. Luckily it wasn't a fire just something to do with the sprinkler system "

"The Hyatt was good. The first night we were there we had a room on the 3rd floor rooftop out the window and when we started to go to sleep we noticed a hugh noise outside like a compressor running. Didn't think we'd sleep so Manager came up and moved us to the 5th floor. Great attitude no problem at all. Breakfast was also good lots of choices."
"Really delightful stay. Came for a concert. Really short walk to the venue. Check in was great. I checked in more towards 8pm and the associate was very quick to get me checked in so i could rest. The rooms are huge. The bed is comfortable. The pillows not so much. They are kind of lumpy. I got an extra pillow so it helped. The black out curtains were amazing. I couldn't tell if it was night or day. Loved it. The TV lets you log into certain streaming services which is nice. Room was very clean....
"This hotel hands out free earplugs .. and it does so for a reason!! Weekdays are somewhat tolerable even though the music from bars in the area is loud until 2 AM, but weekends are HORRIBLE as the pounding bass makes things in the room rattle and shake from 3PM 'til 2 AM
Breakfast is limited because of the Covid situation I guess, but acceptable.
