The space
The JPearl Villas are apartments located in the heart of Jambiani village. Thanks to their location, they reflect the heart and character of real life in Zanzibar, without losing contact with the wonderful ocean. (The ocean is a two minute walk).
JPearl is a place where you can take a break from big resorts, plan your visit to our wonderful island in peace and quiet, enjoying only the sounds of a living village.

If you are coming with children, do not be afraid. Our apartments are in a closed area, safe for children.
The price includes a delicious breakfast, individual bathrooms in each room with access to hot water.

There is also a kitchen available for our guests, where you can prepare your meals.
Guest access
My house is fully at your service and will be always near if you will need anything. I can organize transfer from airport/seaport to my place if you need.
Other things to note
There're fruit shops, kiteschools, small local markets with souvenir production, local restaurants (I can also ask to make you a discount as some owners are my friends). In case you will have no time for shoping I can do it for you just to give you more time to enjoy the beauty of Zanzibar.
