Perfect for a short stay, very kind staff and clean rooms. There is a small mall connected to the hotel that has everything you need, so you don’t need to go into Jakarta if you don’t want to. Only downside was that the keycard to our room reset everyday, however that was fixed quickly by the receptionists so no big deal. And because of the pictures we tought there would be a pool :( but we should have read better.

Started here on an overnight layover. The free airport shuttle service runs every hour which is very convenient. The instructions I got for catching the shuttle at the airport wasn’t intuitive and I ended up wandering around the airport for nearly 2 hours trying to find it.

Kecewa sekali
Kamar yg non-smoking, tapi bau rokok. Banyak Tong sampah yg penuh dgn sampah di depan pintu kamar, tapi tidak dibersihkan oleh petugas sehingga bau. Pagi2 tetangga kamar membuka pintu kamar dan menyalakan lagu sangat kencang. Keadaan dinding kamar kotor dan saklar lampu kotor berdaki. Kasur tempat tidur tidak nyaman karena sewaktu tidur, kasur masuk ke dalam. Banyak bentolan ditangan saya dan gatal sekali, akibat digigit kutu atau serangga.

For me, this place was a bit disappointing. The term “you get what you pay for” clearly comes to mind. The walls are very thin & I don’t think there was a single moment of peace and quiet. There is a shuttle bus (which I paid for in advance) but it was no where to be found, after 1 hr I finally got ahold of them for a ride. I also paid for breakfast but they had no vegetarian options. You also have to pay for parking for any driver that comes to you. Seems from the reviews this place works for a lot of people, but for me it was just a hassle - I ended up changing hotels.

For your information, we have provided complimentary shuttle service to and from Soekarno Hatta Airport every 2 hours for our guests pick up transportation at their earliest convenience, which you have already used during your arrival. We also provide flexible time to pick up our guest at the airport according to their flight schedule. Our room booking system also clearly has stated that we receive room booking reservation with no shuttle payment in advance. In addition, we are also an integrated area of mall and hotel, therefore, every public vehicles entering the area will get the parking charge. Referring to your disappointment of the breakfast selection, we would also like to mention that Zest Hotel Airport Jakarta is a select service accommodation. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the near future. It is Zest what more could I say. Their customer service is one of the best I ever seen. The food was excellent and the service great. One thing did stand out to me was management. Watching Managements bus tables and working at the reception desk again let know how Zest and it Sister Hotel will go to extremes to see to their guest. As always thank you for being here and making my stay a place I can rest and be at peace even in this virus emergency.

This hotel is near the Airport and some restaurants next door. The Airport staff is not that friendly and welcoming. He asked me to wait but then asked me to get in the big bus. I felt like a ball thrown here and there. I was just tired and jetlagged from long flight. The bed is pretty comfy but the towels looked like rags. So gross. The breakfast starts at 4 am where I need to be at the Airport at 4 am so I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. They should have breakfast starts at 3 am like other hotels. There was nothing that impressed me. They put my room near the elevator so so much noise and I couldn't sleep. The staff is not that friendly. It lacked of smiles. Next time, I will stay other hotels around with the price that I paid.

・無料エアポートシャトルバス 事前に予約する事も、電話で呼び出す事も無く、第2ターミナル スカイトレイン駅下のホテルシャトル乗り場より乗車。 ホテルからは毎時00分出発(予約不要) ・チェックイン スタッフは手際よくとても親切 部屋の鍵は1枚のみ(エレベーター乗車に必要なので1枚だと超不便) ・部屋(zest Twin) ◎綺麗、広い ✖️冷蔵庫無し、浴室構造、バスタオル1枚のみ ・その他 モールと連絡通路で繋がっていてる。 モールにはスターバックス、KFC、コンビニ、ブレッドトークの他レストランが数店舗入っていました。マッサージ店も有り。

空港到着後にホテルへのフリーシャトル依頼の電話をしたが、Expediaの旅程記載電話番号が間違っていた。正しくは、02122523030です。ホテルは受付が込み合っていた以外、問題なし。同じビルの1階に飲食店が数軒があるのは利点。

Mosquito were swarming along with other bugs outside. The pool was nice and had nice view of the aircraft landing. Should give an estimated time on how long it takes shuttle to get to each gate at airport. I didn't time it but it took a while. Made it on time though cause left early. Did find board with nail sticking up in air by pool and I moved it to side and maintenance had fixed it by time I came back.
