When I booked, the stay was advertised on hotels.com as "All inclusive". This was not true, it turned out: Only breakfast was included, and "All inclusive" was for children only - not highly relevant on a business trip.
Apart from that, staff was very service minded and helpful.
A la carte in the restaurant is surprisingly good and not very expensive.
But the restaurant has terrible acoustics and is very noisy.The room was a bit dated but comfortable and quite OK as you would expect at this price.
