"The staff were extremely courteous and helpful - I saw them help a distressed woman find a room at another hotel as all of them were getting filled up due to graduations. A female staff member who was ending her shift actually had the woman follow her to the other hotel as she seemed a bit out of sorts and did have / couldn’t figure out a gps. They went well above and beyond the call of duty."

"I needed a place to stay swiftly for me and another displaced family from a fire in our home. This place was over the top helpful and very friendly. I have to say I never looked into accommodations in my home town, for never needing them, but I want to point out that this hotel was the best value for the dollar!
