Guest access
Guests have unlimited access to the walking trails, river, butterfly garden and fruit orchard (please no picking fruit without permission).
Other things to note
-The river ,(Rio Seco) as the name implies sometimes goes dry for a month or so at the end of the dry season. (it is back and flowing now for the rest of 2023)

-There are sometimes a few visitors on the property (not the treehouse) coming to see the butterfly garden ( Royal butterflies- number 1 of things to do near Jaco on tripadvisor for nature related activities!) which is open from 8am till 1pm Monday to Saturday.
