The Backyard Beach House is a brand new luxury, tropical modern, 5 bedroom ocean front house, newly completed in the quaint surf town of Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
Literally steps away from the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean with it’s amazing surf and sunsets, The Backyard Beach House is centrally located near the beachfront restaurants and bars of this internationally famous surf town and just 5 minutes from the restaurants, bars and nightlife of the town of Jaco Beach.

The space
This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath house sleeps 12-14 people and is perfect for families and large groups. We can also accommodate larger groups up to 15 rooms. If more rooms are needed, The Backyard Hotel serves as a perfect place for extra rooms. Smaller groups can be accommodated and are always welcome.
It’s showcase Chef’s Kitchen and Beach Club style front porch with its bamboo roof and beautiful Infinity Plunge Pool overlooking the Pacific ensures a unique and exciting experience for even the most well traveled clients.
Also, We are located next to the National Wildlife Refuge and Sea Turtle Sanctuary with its nesting area of hatchlings and giant turtles which are often seen on the beach right in front of the house.
Los Sueños Marina is also located just 15 minutes away for sport fishing, whale watching, and island day sails.
The Beach House provides daily concierge and maid service. A personal chef and spa services are also available for additional fees.
