The Space:
Welcome to Tis the Sea-Sun! The fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, makes meal preparation a delight. Ample seating at the spacious counter and a cozy dining table. Unwind in the open living area. Board games and more to keep you busy when spending the day in unit!
There are two ways to access this unit, one by ground floor where the single-car garage is located. There is a stairwell and elevator located close to the garage. The other is the parking lot on either side of the pool. Both sides of the pool have ramps to take you to the walkway, which takes you over to all units.

Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with hand soap, as well as bath towels , hand, and wash rags.
Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the pool as well as the jacuzzi on site. There is a community grilling area also located at the pool for guest use. A single car garage is available as well as additional parking spaces in the parking lot. Outdoor showers and a short walk to Main Beach, where there are endless weekend activities. Fort Clinch is also located extremely close as well.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION: All properties are self-check-in. You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival. You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION: The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property
OTHER FEES: Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: *10% OF THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

Interaction with Guests:
All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival. We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for emergencies.
