There is a very STRICT NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the property, which includes the pool area, parking and garages.There is a minimum of a $1000.00 fine if property is found to have been smoked in.

Decor and landscape is is subject to change with the seasons.
For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required.

Grocery delivery and stock - Send us a list and we can acquire the needed items for you and have them put away by the time you arrive, so you can start the relaxation immediately!

Decor for special celebration or occasion, such as Bachelorette weekend, Babymoon, Honeymoon, Anniversary, or any other special time. These services are gladly provided when requested in advance. The fee will depend on the number of guests, scope of needs, and length of stay. Please ask me about details and we`d love to help make your time with us as special as possible!

Riders are not charged any type of fee, but encouraged to tip drivers however they see fit. Riders can request on-demand rides between their sponsor network locations, businesses, hotels, and residential addresses via mobile app
