Surf a Wave is a stylish one bed, one bath condo that is perfect for couples. Located on the top floor of the B building at the exclusive Amelia Surf and Racquet Club, it has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom. From the contemporary shaker style kitchen cabinets to the new Pottery Barn dining room set, Surf a Wave has a fresh, modern feel throughout. Although this is a new listing, you can book with confidence. We also own and manage Ketch a Wave condo on Amelia Island, which has over 100 5-star reviews across multiple booking sites.

Our condo is located in the gated Amelia Surf and Racquet Club, an oceanfront, beautifully landscaped complex on the south end of Amelia Island. Just 6 miles away, you’ll find popular attractions such as Fort Clinch State Park and charming downtown Fernandina Beach. Right next door is the exclusive Ritz-Carlton Resort, which offers both casual and fine dining options. If you’re hoping to enjoy Amelia Island’s beautiful beaches, just walk down to the beach walkway that’s exclusively for Amelia Surf and Racquet Club guests. The complex also offers 2 oceanfront swimming pools and 4 clay tennis courts for your entertainment. We provide tennis racquets, beach chairs, and beach towels so you can take full advantage of these amenities.

- Master Bedroom with Private Balcony Access -
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space in the dresser, 2 night stands, and closet. There is even access to the private ocean view balcony through the sliding glass doors.
In the master bedroom closet, you will find:

* 2 beach towels
* 2 tennis racquets
* Iron and ironing board

- Completely Updated Bathroom -
The bathroom has a modern white vanity, as well as a medicine cabinet for extra storage. You’ll also find a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination with sliding glass doors.

- Laundry -
In the kitchen, you’ll also find a new full size, front loading washer and dryer set. To allow you to pack less, we provide laundry detergent pods.

When you stay as our guest, you’ll have access to Amelia Surf and Racquet Club’s 2 oceanfront private pools and 4 clay tennis courts.

- Guest Access –
The keyless entry allows for convenient self check-in and easy coming and going for all guests.
Parking is located in front of the complex and is free. You are able to park two vehicles in the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club lot.

- Interaction with Guests –
Prior to your check-in, I will send pertinent information to you, such as the WiFi password, gate access information, keyless entry code, and a detailed list of items we provide. However, should any questions or concerns arise, you can easily contact me through VRBO messaging.
