This single-story condo is thoughtfully arranged for ease and connection. The open layout unites the living and dining areas beneath vaulted ceilings, creating an airy setting for conversation or quiet relaxation. An HDTV anchors the living room, and the indoor fireplace adds comfort on cooler nights. Just beyond, the enclosed sunroom offers a peaceful extension of the home - ideal for reading, working at the dedicated workspace, or simply taking in the steady rhythm of the neighborhood with golf course views as your backdrop.

Sleeping Arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the condo features 3 bedrooms with 3 beds. Each bedroom includes bed linens, hangers, and storage to help you settle in comfortably. Two full bathrooms provide a bathtub and bathroom essentials, along with fresh towels for a smooth and easy stay.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a dining table nearby for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. The open design keeps you connected to the living area, allowing conversation to flow easily whether you are cooking or unwinding by the fire.

Outdoor Living
Step onto the patio or balcony and enjoy the surrounding green space. A backyard - an open grassy area - complements the golf course setting and provides room to relax outdoors. Within the Sawgrass Golf & Country Club community, you have access to the community pool and the community beach access point, making it simple to alternate between poolside afternoons and walks along the shore. Please note there is no parking at the beach access point.

Comfort & Convenience
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the year. Wifi supports both streaming and remote work, and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. A private entrance ensures easy arrivals and departures, and free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is included. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
