Adorable and efficient!

This property is so well done! The owners obviously value quality from furnishings to the items supplied to make a stay more comfortable. Small touches like over cabinet lighting for ambiance to beach chairs and toys - we love this place and will definitely be back!

Beautiful and peaceful

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location. The condo provided all the comforts of home away from home. The beach was quiet, the pool was easy to access and overall we couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating place to stay . Looking forward to booking here again. Christine was very communicative and made the process incredibly smooth.

Perfect Beach-Accessed Studio

Clean, cozy and up-to-date. The owner was very cordial and showed great skill in working around an unanticipated community construction project. Very short stroll to the beach.

Summer Place Ponte Vedra

This quiet Sawgrass Beach Gate condo is exactly as described in the listing. The location is across from the beach club and just steps to the sand. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom included extra touches that made me feel so welcome. The owner provided everything I could possibly require for my stay.

Magnificent all the way around.

If you are a beach person this place is for you; just a two minute walk to a stunning beach. The condo is ideal. Spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. A super nice screened in porch with patio furniture. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a getaway for just a few days or up to a few weeks it was absolutely ideal. The host was responsive to any questions that I had and so easy to work with value marvelous as you can tell from my glowing review, I was very happy with the selection, I’m sure you will be too
