To help you get comfortable upon arrival, a starter supply of essentials is provided, including:

These supplies are intended for your arrival and first few days of your stay. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer visits.

Pantry basics may be available but are not guaranteed.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

When scheduling allows, we are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure options:

Early Check-In: 1:00 PM
Late Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Fee: $50 per request

Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Please note: Exterior renovations are expected at Building B from mid-September through mid-February, although dates may change. This condo is on the second floor, and guests may experience daytime noise, workers or equipment nearby, and possible balcony interruptions. If you’re comfortable booking during this period, please contact me for a discounted rate.

We wanted to let you know that, due to the ongoing exterior renovations, the outdoor furniture will be temporarily removed from the balcony during your stay. However, we have provided comfortable beach chairs that you are welcome to use outside so you can still relax and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.
