Set on the second floor of a condo building, this home is accessed by a flight of stairs leading to the front door. Inside, the layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas in an open, easy flow. Comfortable seating and an HDTV create a welcoming place to unwind, while a dedicated workspace provides a practical spot to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a functional space for preparing meals, equipped with full-size appliances and ample counter space. A dining table nearby makes it easy to gather for meals or casual conversation throughout the day.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds.

Bathrooms & laundry
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the private ensuite in the primary bedroom. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with a bathtub in the home. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private balcony to take in fairway views and a gentle coastal breeze. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool available all year, along with beach access via the Sawgrass community access point.

Additional features
Wifi, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support a comfortable stay year-round. Free parking is available for two vehicles, and self check-in is provided via keypad.

Situated within a gated community known for its quiet streets and natural surroundings, the condo offers access to nearby dining, shopping, and the shoreline.
