- Located in the last (southernmost) yellow building on Shipwatch Circle.
- Unit is on the floor “C”
- Building does offer elevator access.
- Once you exit the elevator, go down 5-8 steps to enter your unit.
- Provide the name on your reservation & your unit to the security detail to gain gate access

HOUSE RULES:
- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation
- No pets allowed
- No Smoking or Vaping of any kind
- No parties or events
- Minimum age to book is 25
- PARKING LIMIT: During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) & on the 4th of July, there is a limit of ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
