I have never been treated so horribly in a hotel in my life. tv does not work, WiFi BARELY works, saw multiple bugs, have not had the bed sheets changed once in over a week, have to hunt people down for toilet paper, and am genuinely angry they have the NERVE to charge $60 to stay in such a situation and wouldn’t even bother offering any deal or assistance to fix the issues. Drug addicts and dealers walking around at all hours, am afraid to even go outside in the dark with the fear of being harmed.
JR the maintenance guy has been one of the only nice parts of this stay. Always working hard and is so very helpful and respectful but they expect him to do all of the work for every single room. It’s awful. There’s also a few ladies that work at the front desk that are so sweet. But the older woman who works here cleaning rooms is cruel and has treated not only my family but other people with disrespect and disregard . She banging on my door one morning when my son and mother were sleeping and I asked her to please stop while I was in my vehicle. She proceeded to ask me why I was in my car so early and that I don’t need to be in my car. Also she said she didn’t believe it was my room !!!!!!!!! She Has no respect for our privacy and treats people with no respect. The other cleaning woman is very nice, I wish I knew her name but she’s sweet and only speaks Spanish.
