The condo sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and three beds. The primary suite features a king bed with soft linens and direct access to the Florida room for a quiet start or end to your day. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for additional guests. Two full bathrooms are conveniently located and include bathroom essentials.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, complemented by a dining table for four and a nearby breakfast bar for casual dining or conversation. A washer and dryer are included, making longer stays simple and convenient.

The enclosed Florida room extends the living space and overlooks the second fairway, offering a peaceful setting throughout the day. A short 0.4-mile walk leads to the neighborhood beach access point, making it easy to enjoy time by the ocean whenever you choose.

Guests have access to a private entrance and free parking on premises with two spaces, allowing for smooth arrivals and easy day trips.

Located within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo offers a quiet setting close to local restaurants, shopping, and area attractions. TPC Sawgrass and the Mayo Clinic are within easy reach, making this a convenient home base for a variety of stays.

Amenities within Sawgrass Country Club are private, with access limited to the beach access point only. Parking is not available at the beach access location. No pets are allowed.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.
