THE SPACE

Inside, everything is set up for easy beach days: a king bedroom that opens to the balcony, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a comfortable place to land when you come in from the sand.

THE OCEAN VIEWS

The view is the reason to book this one. The living room looks out to the Atlantic, and the balcony has ocean views for morning coffee and evening breezes. Wake up to the sound of the waves, step outside for the fresh ocean air, and keep an eye on the water all day from inside.

STEPS FROM THE SHORELINE

Sand Dollar Villas sits right on Amelia Island's wide sandy shoreline, and the boardwalk takes you from the condos to the beach. A boardwalk shower lets you rinse off on the way back. Go down early, come back for lunch, and head out again whenever you like. Beach gear is not guaranteed, so bring your own chairs and umbrella.

THE COMMUNITY POOL

The complex pool makes it easy to alternate between the beach and a refreshing swim, a good option for kids in the afternoon. A BBQ grill is available for cooking outside.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is a comfortable, quaint space with an ocean view and a good spot to relax after a day on the beach. Settle in with the Smart TV and cable, stay connected with WiFi, and use the dedicated, laptop friendly workspace if you need to check in. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable all year.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully furnished kitchen is ready for anything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a fresh seafood dinner at home. It has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker that brews drip coffee or K Cup pods, plus cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday cooking essentials. The dining area seats four.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, and its own entry to the balcony, so the ocean air is a few steps from the bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the washer and dryer are located in this room. Two full bathrooms, a primary bathroom and a hall bathroom, keep mornings easy, and there is a walk in tile shower.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are in the unit, so you can pack light. Extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron, and essentials are provided, along with a starter supply that covers roughly the first 24 hours. A Pack N Play is available for $25. A fire extinguisher and smoke detector are in place.

EASY ARRIVAL

This is a first floor unit with elevator access and a private entrance. Free parking is included, with two parking passes.

This is a non smoking and non pet home, and no parties or events are permitted. Free parking is included with two parking passes.
