Beach Escape IV | 100yds to beach | grps/families

Spacious, luxury beach 3-story townhouse (with 2 flights of stairs) features three large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. Located two blocks from the beach, our home offers a modern, comfortable getaway for families, friends, golf trips, wedding parties, and business travelers. Located near the most popular restaurants and nightlife in Jax Beach. A short drive to NFL games, golf courses, and concerts. Off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You will have the entire home to yourself.

Our home's spacious common area is a perfect meeting place for any occasion. Plentiful seating in both the living and dining areas allows groups large and small to make the very most of the home. Two bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, and one is located on the ground floor Our home's proximity to the beach allows guests to be on the sand in seconds.

Our home includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with plates, utensils, and cookware to easily handle large gatherings. Brand-new stainless steel appliances and plentiful countertop space make cooking and dining a dream.

Our home includes a large washer and dryer as well as dozens of big towels for the beach. All beds come with clean sheets and all bathrooms include fresh towels. Complimentary soap and shampoo are provided. Iron, ironing board, and hairdryers are available.

Our home is equipped with Gigabit-speed WiFi.

We love pets! $30/night/pet

We live in Jacksonville Beach but we like to give you privacy during your stay. Should you need anything during your stay, we are available via call/text/airbnb messenger.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Beautiful modern comfortable rental

This house is nice, clean and roomy. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, felt safe going for morning and evening walks. It is great proximity of the beach just a quick drive or walk. There is plenty of restaurants grocery stores in the area etc…. The rental hosts has awesome customer service and communication. Absolutely no problems. Only complaint is my wife had to clean up 5 dog land mines in the back yard to be able to utilize the backyard. I would absolutely not hesitate in renting this house again.

Fantastic stay!

Overall, this house was perfect for our brief stay in Jax Beach with 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-17). The house was well appointed and super clean. That means a lot to someone who finds staying in rentals a bit anxiety provoking. We found so many supplies provided that we didn’t know about ahead of time. High quality paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap etc. We are used to supplying much of this ourselves when we rent and was so nice finding all the supplies we needed in place. Our kids thought this home was awesome! The walk to the beach is a breeze. The house’s proximity to restaurants and pier was perfect. We enjoyed V’s Pizza and Dockside Seafood. Our kids asked if we could stay at this same home in the future and we would say yes, of course! The spaciousness of this home was super nice for a family of 8. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!

I loved that the property was walking distance to the beach and to the stores across the street (coffee, food, retail, etc). We loved the clean house and well stocked kitchen! Definitely recommend and will be back when we are in Jacksonville.

Everything we were promised!

This condo did not disappoint! It was very clean with all the amenities you need for a great Florida vacation. Our group consisted of 5 educators who desperately needed a spring break! Although the weather did not cooperate, at least we had a great place to hang out in the rain and cold! Easy access to great restaurants and stores. The property was very clean and plenty of towels and kitchen accessories. We just needed to purchase groceries and margarita mix!

Wonderful getaway

I can’t say enough about the management team and the condition of the townhouse! The house was very clean, well equipped and pictures posted were exact to what we found . The management team was excellent and very professional in their interactions throughout the week. The location was wonderful and in a short walk to the beach it was also very convenient to shops in the area. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

My Family Girls Trip

Booking was super easy! Communication was very helpful and timely. The guest portal was a nice option. The unit was exactly as pictured! The kitchen...and unit overall, was well stocked! We were close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of space for all of us! The only cons I have are - and none of these are deal breakers, just suggestions: (1) the hedges need to be cut back or removed all together to minimize interference accessing the garage after you've parked AND to make it easy to access the water hose; (2) It would have been nice to have a TV in all of the bedrooms instead of just one bedroom. (We had to change our planned room assignment because my Mom wouldn't have had a TV in her room. She's 84 and her mobility is not the best, so she was looking forward to laying in bed and watching TV while we went to the beach and moved about. She ended up having to take the 3rd floor bedroom...and all those steps. Needless to say, she didn't come downstairs much.) Lastly, the windows by the doors need some privacy film. My sisters told me to mention that the toilet paper caddies should probably be replaced (some were rusty) and the carpet should be shampooed...but you gotta know my sisters! They're a little boujee.....😂🤣! Even so, I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Jacksonville Florida. We booked two units 2149 and 2151 and had plenty of room for our entire family. The property was very clean and very close to the beach. We had an easy check in and check out process. The Property Manager was very responsive and help accommodate our needs. We will definitely book here again!

We had a pleasant stay! It was clean & tastefully decorated. The location is walking distance to the beach & close to shops & restaurants. It was a tranquil short stay. The neighborhood was nice to walk too. Jared made it easy respond to any questions & made the check in and checkout process easy.
