"Great location to get to all of the golf courses we played. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Host very attentive."

"VRBO was clean and a good size for our family. Everything mentioned in the listing is as seen. Home appears to be newly remodeled. We had a nice weekend family gathering of 5."

"Loved the neighborhood where the cottage is located, close to downtown Southern Pines. Cottage was just right for my husband and me. Comfortable and cozy. Our host was easy to contact if needed. Enjoyed the history of the area, seeing "American Graffiti" at the Sunrise Theatre, pizza at Sopies, in Southern Pines, the Tufts Arcives in Pinehurst, the Carolina Inn, and the Shaw House back in Southern Pines, the Sandhills Horticulture Garden, and delicious BBQ at the Pik-n-Pig at Gilliam-McConnell...

"Great house, location and communication. Dogs loved the backyard and doggie door."

"When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. We were going through closing on the purchase of our new home, and we were so grateful to have found such a “Cozy” suite to keep our pets comfortable, and stress free during this time of transition. "Nice property for the cost and super responsive property management "

"Had an absolutely fantastic time is this wonderful home! We loved coffee on the giant swing on the front porch in the morning. We spent so much time on the back screened porch hanging out, having appetizers before dinner, doing yoga. We had 2 nights by the fire pit after grilling our dinner. We had S'mores for dessert. We took long walks on the nature trails that criss-cross the neighborhood. The location is very convenient to get to Pinehurst #2, The Cradle, the Village and Southern Pines....

"The house was awesome with everything we needed. Mike was superb with communication from the moment of booking to departure. Would definitely recommend this property if you are in the pinehurst area. Excellent."
