"This is a very nice, and quite boutique hotel. I was really pleased with the amenities overall. We needed a kitchen for cooking and room 6 had a great kitchen. There wasn't anyone on staff when we arrived, so if you need service or help this might not be the place for you. It is all self serve. "I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. "This hotel is perfectly situated. So many dining options and great shopping within walking distance, and just two short blocks from the Uptown Theater. Access to the Napa River walk path is nearby, great for a morning exercise walk or stroll with morning coffee. All of the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. "Vi var meget glade for vores 3-dages ophold på Napa Inn. Og den bedste anbefaling må være, at når - ikke hvis - vi tager til Napa igen, vælger vi helt sikkert samme hyggelige sted. Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod, fik rundvisning og en kort introduktion til området.
Huset ligger en kort gåtur (5-1o min)fra bymidten i et hyggeligt område. Morgenmaden blev serveret i både spisestue og dagligstue, og er virkelig i en klasse for sig - meget lækker :-)
