"Beautiful hotel. Only drawback was we booked here to be able to relax at the end of our trip outside of the noise of the city center but the hotel let us know only the day before our stay that there would be a pool party at the hotel on the Saturday of our stay. "It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow."
