Romantiske hoteller i Ixtapa – Zihuatanejo

"The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...

"The staff was extremely nice and courteous. Rooms are clean. We weren’t really in the room because we like to be explore but overall good for what it is."

"Casa limpia en general"

"Great place and just about half a block from Playa Ropa. Staff was very helpful. The room was awesome with nice views from the balcony. I'd stay here again."

"El precio no vale lo que ofrece. Hay más de 8 gatos y todo el hotel huele a caca y orines de gato. Pague 1 habitación para 3 personas y solo me dan una botella de agua de medio litro . Horarios restrictivos para el uso de la alberca. No cuidan a las tortugas marinas. Dejan focos muy fuertes hacia la playa. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, desperdician mucho. Mal hotel"

"Staff was extremely helpful on makin my stay worth staying there..."

"This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. Also, the hotel online...
