"The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming.
The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room.
Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...
"Este lugar no fue nada agradable . Si no les gusta caminar en el sol no lo recomiendo. Este resort tiene varios edificios con cuartos. Pero algunos quedan más retirados de la playa, piscinas y restaurantes que otros. Muchos cuartos están de subida y aún con transporte fue mucho caminar del que nos gustaría. El resort no deja que escojas tu estancia, más bien se basan en disponibilidad, y nos tocó el edificio mas lejos de la playa. Siempre hay que esperar por transportación para ir a todas partes...
"Me encantó el hotel, tanto puedes ir solo o en familia, pero tiene tantos espacios que tienes de donde elegir. El spa muy bien, tranquilo y una vista espectacular.
Creo que puede haber más variedad en comida del all inclusive, pero los restaurantes de especialidad de 10. Limpio, camastros cómodos. La playa pequeña, pero con la opción de poder ir al otro hotel. Volvería sin duda"

"El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, esta muy centrico entre Ixtapa y Zihuatanejo.
Las instalaciones algo viejas y el mobiliario huele un poco a humedad al menos en la habitación donde estabamos.
Para el tamaño del hotel, la alberca es un poco pequeña ya que una de las albercas estaba en reparación.
Lo que esta muy bien es que tiene acceso directo a la playa, y todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar."
