"Me gustó en general, excelente servicio por parte de todos los empleados del hotel, la comida muy rica y variada, el show que dieron cada noche fue diferente con coreografías y vestuarios bien planeados, la habitación con sauna y jacuzzi, todo limpio, las instalaciones bien cuidadas. Se los recomiendo al 100. "

"Enjoyed our stay, great central location overlooking the water. Rooms are nice, pool was clean. It was slow season so we had hotel to our selves. Short walk to everything in town. Has nice beach access directly in front of hotel. Friendly staff. Laundromat a block away did a weeks worth of clothes for two people, same day for around $7. Great breakfast spot Bartolos in front of hotel. Would recommend for sure. "

"Irma is located beatiful, with magnificent view over the Zihuatanejo bay. The pool area is great too. The service are not good; check-in was a drag. The english language was a Challenge at reception. We prepaid for 5 people, only showed up 4, still they wanted us two pay xtra because the child was 13 and for them an adult. We wrote the age before we paid…. In the end, they understood, that we had already paid for 4 adult in advance… During the stay, the reception seemed indifferent when we got...
