"Irma is located beatiful, with magnificent view over the Zihuatanejo bay. The pool area is great too.
The service are not good; check-in was a drag. The english language was a Challenge at reception. We prepaid for 5 people, only showed up 4, still they wanted us two pay xtra because the child was 13 and for them an adult. We wrote the age before we paid…. In the end, they understood, that we had already paid for 4 adult in advance…

"The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and so helpful. They are friendly and immediately respond. Rooms are clean. The beach is clean and they have a turtle preservation program. Many turtles were laying their eggs and a team came every day to gather the eggs to protect them until time to bring them back to hatch. So amazing!!! You can arrange activities right at the site for fishing, jet skis, par sailing, etc. The resort is small in comparison to larger chain hotels but they are so...

"Catalina has the best location on playa la Ropa, Zihuatanejo. The service is great and the atmosphere is warm and familiar. Do not miss the sunset at the Panoramic Sunset bar or the great food in the restaurant Linda Vista.
Despite the fact that parts of the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear, it is still worth every penny.
