"The staff was friendly and obliging. Especially Hector who was so kind and courteous and spoke with us every day (except his day off) He made us feel very comfortable. And our room was always clean and neat with special effects thanks to Patricia. Loved the flower and towel "art" ! The only negative things were that one day a gentleman who was clearly a guest entered our room with his card key. I was there at the time but if I had not been there he may have been able to steal everything. This...
