"Irma is located beatiful, with magnificent view over the Zihuatanejo bay. The pool area is great too. The service are not good; check-in was a drag. The english language was a Challenge at reception. We prepaid for 5 people, only showed up 4, still they wanted us two pay xtra because the child was 13 and for them an adult. "We had the most incredible visit. The view from our private balcony overlooked some of the resort and the entire bay. The pictures of the room didn't do it justice, absolutely gorgeous room, larger than we expected, the bed was so comfortable, outdoor shower that we loved, clean and the kitchen had the essentials if you wanted to cook. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. There are no elevators, but the staff will drive you up and down the hill on a golf cart. We had to walk up 3 floors to...
