Öncelikle zamanınızı ayırıp görüşlerinizi paylaştığınız için teşekkür ederiz. Otelimizde kuru temizleme ütü hizmeti var ücrete tabi. Bunu da zaten sitede belirttik. Odanızın temizlenmesi konusuna gelince, kapınızda rahatsız etmeyiniz kartı asılı olduğu için odanıza temizlik için girilmedi. Sanırım asmış olduğunuz bu rahatsız etmeyiniz kartının farkında değilsiniz. Sizleri tekrar aramızda görmeyi umut ederiz.

The decision to make some changes in our hotel was taken 3 months ago. Our lighting has changed, all sheets and towels in our hotel have been renewed. We will be changing the curtains soon. We would like to host you again with the new version of our hotel

Dear Shabir,All our standart room same size. You stayed about 10 days you did not us aynthing. We checked your room Tv was working. Please next time if you need table and chair, you should make reservation as a Deluxe room. It is much more bigger and comfortable. You were talking about sim card; You bought from our reception toruist sim card for 10 gigabyte for 7 days. After 7 days you want to new one. Sorry but if you need another sim card of course you need pay money. I only invite you to be honest

Dear Zahra,We have already upgreated 2 of your rooms to Deluxe room. Tv was working just there was no iranian channels.Our hotel heater started 8 pm otomaticly you know that. Almost you stayed in our hotel more than 20 days. When you checked time you were so happy and smiling. We are sorry we couldn't make you happy

Hello dear Selin ,We are very sorry that we could not satisfy you. I remember you. You are our Turkish family guest from Germany. We are ready here for you, our valued guests, to leave more satisfied and happy. Our hotel price was high at the time of your stay due to the season. Unfortunately, we do not agree with you on the price benefit point. I wanted to accompany you personally and make a presentation about the breakfast, but you did not accept it. (You didn't give us the opportunity to make a presentation) Our breakfast is served daily in the form of white cheese, string cheese, cheddar cheese, salami, butter, chocolate, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and pastries. In addition to this ready plate, omelette, boiled egg, potato, sausage, pastry, melemen, eggplant and zucchini fries, honey, jam and fruit presentation are served in our open buffet, and coffee, tea and fruit juice are served as drinks. You could add these products to your plate. Apart from these, we are ready to help especially if there are products requested by our guests.Our breakfast room is served in the basement of our building. Our guests can have breakfast in this lounge or, in the second option, on the terrace of our building (there is an elevator) accompanied by the sea view.If we consider the Taksim region, our building is located at a very strategic point. Our hotel is very close to the famous istiklal street, metro Şişhane stop, galata tower. There are many touristic places around our building. You can reach all of them by walking in 5 or 10 minutes. In our hotel comments, you can't see a comment like ''there was a lot of noise, we couldn't sleep, there were bad-looking people wandering the streets''. Because of this feature, our sapphires generally prefer us for a good sleep.We would love to see you again and make a presentation.Best regards.

Dear İbrahim,We are sorry, we could not make you happy. But we do not agree with you. When you book the reservation you could not check room pictures. I thought you saw the general hotel pictures. You booked the cheapest room which is name Standart room. All details was writing on Expedia web site. We were busy on September , But i promissed we are goint to upgreate your reservation to our best room even if you book the cheapst room
