Fantastisk hotel med super venligt personale!
Jeg rejste sammen med en veninde på en forlænget weekend. Egentlig skulle vi kun have overnattet en enkelt nat, men da vores planer ændrede sig, forlængede vi uden problemer vores ophold med to ekstra nætter – endda til den pris anført på hotels.com frem for hotellets egen lidt højere pris. Super god service! Selve hotellet var super lækkert, moderne og nyrenoveret. Værelserne var pæne, WiFi-forbindelsen udmærket, og morgenmaden på hotellets lækre tagterrasse var en fin blanding af typiske morgenmadsprodukter med et tyrkisk islæt. Desuden var personalet enormt venligt og imødekommende, bl.a. blev vi af flere omgange tilbudt gratis kaffe og de spurgte altid ind til, hvad vi havde lavet i løbet af dagen. Sidst men ikke mindst har hotellet en super fin beliggenhed! Omend kvarteret er en smule slidt, er der ingen larm (dog kan man høre, når der bliver kaldt til bøn, men det er jo tilfældet alle steder i byen), og så ligger hotellet mindre end 10 minutters gang til de store seværdigheder som Hagia Sofia og Den blå moske. Jeg anbefaler varmt Ottoman Park Hotel til alle former for rejsende og vil helt sikkert selv bo der igen, hvis jeg kommer til Istanbul!

Tagterrasse med den smukkeste udsigt
Godt beliggende Hotel i lokalt boligkvartet med stejle gader. Men alligevel meget centralt og tæt på Den Blå Moske og Bazaren. Morgenmaden var god og varieret serveret på tagterrassen med den smukkeste udsigt over Bosporus og byens tage.

Dejligt hotel tæt på det hele
Vi havde nogle rigtig dejlige dage på hotellet. Værelset var bedre end forventet og badeværelset var fantastisk - savner det! Personalet var søde til at hjælpe og morgenmaden kunne nydes med både udsigt til moskeer og havet. Der er ro på hotellet, men lidt ned af gaden finder man en masse fiske restauranter.

Perfekt beliggenhed
Fint og rent værelse. For os en perfekt beliggenhed i den gamle bydel. Restauranten med flot udsigt over vandet. Meget venligt og smilende personale. Morgenmadsbuffeten ok, men triviel og for mange søde sager. Om natten var der en periodevis generede støj fra et aircondition anlæg, tilknyttet hotellet.

Personalet på Ottoman Park er meget hjælpsomme og giver gode råd til opholdet i Istanbul. Værelserne er at varierende størrelse, så bed om et stort værelse. Udsigten fra restauranten er bare fantastisk. Den gamle bydel er blandet, både m h t bygninger og spisesteder. De bedste restauranter findes nord for Galata broen.

Hotellet var uovertruffen dejligt! Vores værelse var meget rent og lækkert. Morgenmaden var god med fantastisk udsigt. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Der var intet at sætte en finger på, ville til en hver tid bo der igen!

Cars cannot get to the property so you have to walk up a hill to get to it. We came to the property and they were under construction. They told us they would bw moving is to their sister hotel. When we got there we were put in a much smaller room then what we paid for. We were told that the following day we would get upgraded and we were just moved up a floor with the same tiny room. We did not get qhat we paid for. They baited us with the hotel and switch us to a lower hotel that would have been a fraction of the cost. We left the hotel after two days.

Right next to Hagia Sophia, the Sultanahmet Mosque, the Basilica Palace, the German Fountain, the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar....with all our hospitality.....Best Regards.....

The Hotel had kind friendly and helpful staff. In particular, the manager was happy to accomodate our additional requests. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a large seated shower area - hammam style. We would definitely stay again.

Toilet papers need to be put on the bin, but the bin was not emptied during the visit. The shower was broken, all the water leeked from showerhose. Breakfast was very poor. For 4* you definetely should have better service and cleaning.

They advertise a Restaurant and bar the hotel has neither The rooms are tidy but not reallly cleaned there was debris on the floor from prior guest. If you want to walk to the Grand Bazzar you have to walk up a long steep hill. Breakfast buffet was very limited. The taxi drivers were constantly trying to take advantage of you by overcharging. Our room did have a great view of the wateer from the front window and a view of a collasped roof out the other. The best part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly and helped us our whole stay.

Good Mornıng Dear Mıchael First of all, we apologize for the problems caused by us.Since the ruined building next to us is a historical artifact, the municipality cannot carry out renovation and maintenance without the permission of the owner.Unfortunately the owners do not allow.You are right about taxi drivers, it is a big problem for us.We collected signatures with the surrounding hotels and conveyed this issue to the municipality, governorship and security units with a petition. There will be a more strict inspection.Our city consists of 7 big hills and many small hills with bumpy slopes.Thank you for your thoughts about our staff.

Personeel zeer aardig/ beleefd en hulpzaam. de buitenkant van het hotel ziet er keurig en verzorgd uit. De hotelkamer die wij hadden geboekt ..lag veel stof badkamer niet schoon... vloerbedekking was vies. Wel was het bed/ beddengoed schoon en het matras lag heerlijk. De kamer was zeer gedateerd en aan vervanging toe. ziet er erg onfris uit. Verder is de locatie goed... en hebben het naar ons zin gehad. Als ik weer naar instanbul ga.. zal ik dit hotel niet meer boeken. Het ontbijt is redelijk/ goed.

Perfecte ligging voor bezoek oude stad. Mooi uitzicht over de zee bij het ontbijt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het hotel zelf ligt er wat verwaarloosd bij en heeft dringend nood aan een aantal restauraties.

We had to ask about more towels and toiletpaper ever day. Real coffee would be nice (especially when you're travelling with a partner who really needs coffee to wake up. :) ) The personnel was very kind and always there to help you. :) The view over the city from the terras is amazing. Lovely place to have breakfast every day.

Room is small but cosy .Pillows were too hard for me. Staff are very good and attentive.The buffet breakfast is excellent, lot of varieties. I will surely recommend to my friends and relatives.

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen eigentlich ganz zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist gut. Man hat einige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und zur nächsten Bahn-Station sind es auch nur wenige Minuten. Das einzig “komische“ war, dass uns nach jeder Zimmerreinigung ein Handtuch gefehlt hat. das Personal hat also die dreckigen Handtücher mitgenommen, uns jedoch keine frischen bereit gelegt. Am letzten Tag hatten wir (2 Personen) nur noch ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch. Zum Glück musste nur noch einer von uns duschen :-). Ich denke wir hätten sicherlich welche bekommen, wenn wir nachgefragt hätten aber das war ok so. Des Weiteren hatten wir leider ein sehr lautes und auch kaltes Zimmer. Es war direkt an der Straße. Die Fenster waren leider extrem undicht, sodass die Kälte hineinkam und auch jedes Geräusch. War nachts leider sehr schwierig durchzuschlafen. Wenn man diesen Punkt ignoriert, war es ein guter Aufenthalt in einem guten Hotel. :-)
