Will newer visit the hotel more
I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Never have I seen such poor reception, no greeting or smiling. for the morning buffet they are very slave. They always stand by and will remove our plates even though we are not ready. The door to our room was opened twice while we were sleeping - it was the cleaning staff

Font hotel, rent og med lækker pool og træningsfaciliteter. Området var kedeligt og der var ingen restauranter i gå afstand. Til gengæld gik metroen lige ude foran hotellet direkte ind til byen

Har tilbragt en uge i Istanbul og har været meget tilfredse med opholdet på Holiday Inn. Fin rengøring af værelset hver dag, super godt fitness rum, lækkert spa område og dejligt med mulighed for at slappe af ved poolen efter en tur i byen. Hotellet ligger godt 15 minutters kørsel fra Grand Bazar, men sporvognen går lige uden for døren og gør det virkelig nemt at komme rundt i byen. Kan klart anbefale hotellet og tager gerne dertil igen.

It's pretty clean and safe. Quite and close to food shopping area. Police station is next building. I do not like laundry service. It's very expensive. There's a laundry place not too far which was very cheap compare to the hotel.

Le matelas trop mou , un peu cher les soins spa, les prix du mini aussi , connexion wifi fi uniquement dans les chambres, dommage . Pas trop insonorisées.chambre fumeur , pour les non fumeurs pas top de sentir la cigarette. Tram en face 50m,bon petit déjeuner, nettoyage dans les chambres fait tous les jours.

I stayed in this hotel many times, everytime i come to istanbul i stay here but this time was terrible. They kept charging us for stuff we never used. They threatened my guest with calling the police. They locked my key card so i cannot access my room which had all my clothes, money and passport. They repeatedly would send someone to our room to bother us. The staff is disgustinly rude and has terrible service. I will never be sgaying here again and i will recommend everyone i know ñ not to stay here.
