Zunächst einmal muss ich sagen, dass ich in Istanbul war,um Behördengänge zu machen keine Suche nach Hotefehlern. Das soll bedeuten,dass ich nicht explizit auf die Suche nach Missständen gegangen bin! Nicht auf die Bilder vom Frühstücksbuffet reinfallen. Es war die reinste Katastrophe. Käse oder Eier mit ohne Petersilie oder halbiert nicht halbiert ist keine Sortenerweiterung! Von Hygiene am Buffet scheint niemand etwas gehört zu haben.Alle Wannen werden sichtlich übereinander gestapelt ans Buffet gebracht. Was auf der Unterseite von der Auffangwanne war oder wo sie in der Kammer abgestellt war,scheint keine Rolle zu spielen. Insbesondere die eine hat Handschuhe angehabt,aber damit Containerkartons geöffnet,die Kartons auf die z.B.Tomatenschalen gestellt mit der gleichen Hand jede einzelne geviertelte Tomate oder Käse angefasst. Einfach nur eklig. Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts für seine Gäste,wenn diese wie Tiere am Wasserautomaten stehen, drauf drücken,das ganze Wasser abfließt der damit seinen ekligen Bart abspritzt..... alles prasselte auf das Buffet,gegen den Automaten Marmorboden.....einfach nur wiederlich....schööööne Rutschgefahr.... Nachts abartig laute Gäste. Entweder wurden die Zimmer gar nicht grsäubert oder unvollständig.Jedes Mal fehlte etwas. Auf Anfrage sicherte man Abhilfe. Als es dann klopfte,wurde nir mach der Abreise gefragt. Keine Säfte. 1x und nie wieder. Das Personal ist bemüht,auch die Hotelmanager,aber insuffizient ist nun mal insuffizient.

The hotel was nice and the employees were nice as well but they don't offer you to have seat even I was with huge bag pack. (it was my case and experience) . The other thing is that they have a phone number to contact them for help but they DO NOT answer it. I asked them to arrange a taxi for me but I DID NOT have an answer. I had to get a taxi from the airport. Taxi driver charged me 1.450 Liras. The taxi fom the hotel cost me 700 Liras (almost half). I would have safe that money and feel my ore safe . I was really nervous because I didn't know how much the taxi was going to be.

I had a bad experience in this hotel, and i won't be trusting expedia again with my hotel choices. I originally booked the room with a sea view, when the staff saw that my booking was through expedia, they gave me a city view room for disabled people. The view from the room was horrible, and the whole experience was completely different than what I anticipated, and when i tried to ask for change, they offered the room i had originally asked for with an extra 35 euros per night. Very disappointing experience, hotel is very overrated, and customer experience was a fail.

Odamizda buzdolabi bozuktu teyzem seker hastasi oldugu icin insulin kullaniyor ve dolapta muhafaza edilmesi lazim ilaci gorevliye teslim ettim ama kullanmasi gerektigi zaman ilaci bulamadıklar. Telefon çalışmıyordu. Oda minicikti tv calismiyordu klima sogutmuyordu. Kahvalti igrencti tek guzel olan bunlari soyleyip biraz yukselince odamizi degistirmeleri oldu. Ama yine klima calismiyordu teknik ekip gelmiyordu. Sonuc olarak 85 yaşında teyzemi iyi bir konaklama yaptiramadim. Cok uzucu bu otel 4 yildizli ama 2 bile fazla

4 étoiles bizarre !
C est une chambre qui ne figure pas sur les photos ! Tres bruyante on dirait que nous sommes dans la rue immédiatement et très petite à peine tu peux bouger Je me demande si les responsables du tourisme ont visité ce bloc ajouté a partir du 4 Eme étage que je me demande s il est bâti en dur ou non ? Et est ce qu’il est au normes du 4 étoiles ?

Bad service No internet Elevator not work, had to use stair to the 8 floor Poor customer I had surgery and they dint let my guest come to my room to check on me. This was a horrible experience

Bonjour, pour tous les membres de Expedia qui voudrait réserver à cet hôtel à Istanbul. Franchement nous avons vécu un calvaire. De quel côté déjà le premier jour l'arrivée accueille très très nul et beaucoup de temps d'attente à l'accueil pour faire nos cartes puis nous sommes montés à la chambre, le shampooing qui manque les verres qui manque pour le café ils ont juste mis 2 thé emballé y'a même pas de sucre sans verre comment nous pouvons prendre le care les chambres sale deuxième jour le soir quand on est rentré à l'hôtel avec mon copain et sa femme la chambre de mon copain a été fermé à clé Puis nous sommes descendus à l'accueil pour demander la raison et ils nous ont facturé 400 livre turc parce que la femme de mon copain quand il a pris sa douche, il y a eu un peu de teinte de ses cheveux qui sont sortis sur le serviette donc où vous payer le serviette, le montant de 400 livres ou sinon nous vous ouvrons pas la porte donc nous étions obligé de payer cette somme Que le matin le petit déjeuner ça n'a rien à voir avec ce qu'il y a sur les photos parce que nous pouvons pris avec petit déjeuner. Franchement vous allez il y a deux sortes de fromage quelques tomates quelques trucs allez on va dire il y a six ou sept sortes de menu c'est même pas des menus c'est juste des desserts on va dire vraiment Alors que moi quand j'ai réservé cette chambre à cet hôtel, les photos étaient superbes, quatrième jour de notre arrivée le poignet de la porte de la salle de bain qui est tombé

I booked a room for myself &my sister, I couldn’t make it because my husband was hospitalised , when my sister went to the room she found it very dirty , dirty bathroom & toilet , the bed was the worst , dirty sheets withe Little insects crawling on the BED, also the room was smelly too, smell of cigarettes and damp, it was like the windows were not opened for a long time. She rang me and explain, I got so upset and ask her to go to the reception & explain the room’s situation , any way there was nobody to help , my sister asked them please come & see the room, the lady at the reception said I’m on my own and can not leave , after a while they gave her a room, She stayed 3 days on that room . After 3 days they asked her to pay $40.00 for each day she spend on that room, they took $120.00 from her, My sister was my guest, I didn’t want her to pay anything , I want you to get a refund and get my sister’s money from them, They were very unfair toward my sister.

Ok opphold til den pris. Brukte hotellet kun til å sove.Anbefales ikke til familier.Standard rommene er tilnærmet fengsel uten lys fra vinduet som er blokkert. Dårlig isolering mellom rommene. Hørte alt som skjedde på rommet ved siden av meg og måtte bruke øreplugger for å sove.

Terrible! Dont chose this one. Scammers.
Terrible place to stay. These guys are scammers. They will ask 120euro per night to extra charge if you want the room as in photo. Very very poor breakfast. If your neighbour sneezes you can hear :) Impossible to sleep more than 10AM as the cleaning guys vaccuum cleaners will wake you up,

I have used this hotel for many years. This past visit was dissapointing as the front desk is now in a small office and difficult to deal with when busy and peoples suitcases. No restaurant and the bar area is now closed. entrance blocked off. The staff failed to tell guests that one day the police would block off all access between hotel and Taksim.

I am afraid that this hotel has gone downhill. The reception desk is crambed into a small office . The original reception desk sits unused. The bar area is closed off and there is no restaurant. One day the streets to Taksim Square was blocked by police with no warning from the hotel . So I was traped in the hotel.

It was very bad , supposed to be 4 ✨ but actually 2 stars todayi woke up at 5 am was no water u phone the resption and been told water is off till next day 8 am so I couldn't use the toilets or get wash or brush my teeth, i arrived Monday 3 days ago I request 2 cup of teas the staff demanding 100 Turkish lira for small cups , in advance before he made the cup of teas , when the cup of tea arrive was small cups 3/4 full and cold . I complain for been cold and too much money , u can buy the same size cup of tea outside the hotel 10tl each and fresh and hot . Not again will use the hotel
