Very bad hotel, I don’t know how they can have 5 stars. If there are no toilet paper in the toilet you have to wait 1 hour and in the end I had to go down to reception myself. wifi is terrible. Tv channels didn’t worked. They fixed it on the third day.

Very arrogant staff in check inn
Arrogant staff and many things in my room was not working. Pointed this out to the staff but nothing happened. Ordered room service and the food was cold. Comfortable bed and breakfast is good.

Das Badezimmer war komplett dicht, alles Kaputt gewesen. Ich habe das Problem sieben mal beim Rezeption erläutert, leider wurden meine Anweisungen nicht ernst genommen. Ich habe viele Bilder gemacht und Sie vorne gezeigt. Sie wollte das Zimmer wechseln, dies ist jedoch leider auch nicht geschehen. Sehr Enttäuschend!!

Good friendly staff and very welcoming
Great atmosphere, easily accessible by public transport. Great hotel. The area is not in the old town and a bit further away from city but really great and relaxing hotel with good facilities.

The housekeeping was very clean and kind. However there was always a sewage smell every morning that they had to fix chemically. The AC in the room wasnt working and every complain i asked for it to be fixed they would say “we will do it systematically, no problem” and nothing of course. Until i made a complain to the rooms division manager and he was kind enough to offer me a suite as a room change. However it was all a lie since when i collected my things and called reception their response was “call us in 2 or 3 hours and will see if there is a room available to switch” which is very rude since its their issue to fix and the manager shouldnt offer something that he cant do. After 3 hours i had to complain to the duty manager since nothing happened and he was the rudest person i have seen working and as a “manager” not even small staff. Worst experience ever in my 50 5* hotels i have visited.

Affordable luxury
The room I had was about as spacious and comfortable as you could wish for -- all modern conveniences, quiet, and clean. Downstairs, I used the sauna and the gym. Both were clean; the gym was well equipped, and the locker room was convenient and safe for valuables. For the money, this was a really good deal. I cannot speak for the other amenities -- steam room, massage, pool -- because I did not have a chance to use them. Same for the restaurant, since I wanted to explore the neighborhood. The drawback of the hotel is the dreary location. You are well away from anything touristy here. However, there are good restaurants just a couple of blocks away for traditional Turkish specialties, all very tasty and inexpensive.

Over het algemeen het hotel is prima met huur auto is geen probleem. Personeel is niet echt vriendelijk vooral bij het restaurant, de service is traag. Prij/ kwaliteit is goed. Wel te doen.
