"Was there for 2 nights from Saturday to Monday. Was told breakfast was until 11 o’clock which was the case on the Sunday but on the Monday it was only until 10 which we weren’t told about. We arrived at 10 minutes to 10 on Monday and got very disappointed. I think that was pretty bad to be misinformed like that, especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. "

"Mooi hotel, sfeervolle inrichting. Lekker ontbijt (a la carte) en uitstekende service. Mogelijkheid om tours te boeken naar bv. kawah putih met gids (aanrader!). Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer."

"We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital.
Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room!
The breakfast was so excellent for my family, I get to enjoy Indonesian foods and my German Irish family get to each waffles and eggs."
