The villa, about 164 m² large and arranged entirely on the ground floor, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people . The rooms are spacious, bright and finely furnished with restored Sicilian furniture , carefully chosen to give the house the warm and romantic charm of an authentic country cottage.
The sleeping area includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms , intimate and comfortable. The bright living room with kitchen is the heart of the house: a convivial environment in which to relax, cook and share pleasant moments together. The double sofa bed can accommodate two other guests, while the bathroom completes the interior spaces.
A lush garden to be experienced
Villa Ulìa is surrounded by a beautiful fully fenced garden , perfect for enjoying maximum privacy and tranquility. Trees, lush plants and a well-kept green lawn create a pleasant natural oasis in which to breathe the scents and colors of Sicily.
The outdoor veranda, furnished with table and seats, is the ideal place to have breakfast outside, have lunch together or treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the coolest hours of the day. A barbecue area is also available for guests, perfect for organizing cheerful barbecues under the Sicilian sky.
At dusk, the garden offers a suggestive open view of the horizon , when the sky is colored by the intense red and gold shades typical of summer evenings in Sicily.

One of the great advantages of Villa Ulìa is its proximity to the sea: the long golden sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo is just 800 meters away and is easily accessible even on foot.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
