The Situation House: Your Beach Home for Groups, Just 300m from the Sea

Hi! I’m Sergio (friends call me "Situation") and I welcome you to The Situation House in Marina di Marza. I’ve set up this house so you can truly unwind. Whether you’re on a family holiday or with your closest friends, you’ll have all the space you need for up to 8 guests.



Outdoor Living

The real heart of the house is outside. There’s a large terrace and garden where summer evenings come alive. Relax in the fresh air, dine outdoors, and park your car in our private parking. The sea is just 300 meters away—an easy walk.



Indoor Spaces

Inside, you’ll find everything for a comfortable stay:



3 double bedrooms with air conditioning.

1 bedroom with bunk beds and extra fans throughout the house.

1 en-suite bathroom for added privacy.



Traveling with a baby? A crib will be ready for you in our spacious and quiet "Grandfather’s Room."



If you love cooking together, there are two fully equipped kitchens with oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, and more.



Feel at Home

Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome (just watch out for the friendly neighborhood cats!).



Smoking: You can smoke freely in the outdoor areas (veranda and garden) where ashtrays are provided.



Convenience: Free fast Wi-Fi. Nearby you’ll find a bar, restaurant, and mini market for breakfast or quick shopping.
