Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean."

"The trails through the jungle around the lodge are incredible, and very well maintained. The owner and staff were very attentive, and I felt completely taken care of, from the moment my plane landed, until my return flight took off. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch und das Wasser der Lagune schön warm.
