"The couple that own and operate this bed-and-breakfast are a true delight. They make you feel welcome the moment you step in. Great care is taken to ensure guests have a comfortable, enjoyable experience here. This is the place to stay if you’re in Sittingbourne!"

"It was a very comfortable room lovely and clean and nice decor"

"This place must be avoided of all cost. Upon arrival the hotel was completely empty and there is a real estate sign outside. We phoned the owner who came 45 min. later. He said that our payment had not come through from hotel com, but the money were withdrawed in June upon booking. I showed the receipt. He tried to make us pay again and used the card machine to try “extracting” the money from the booking platform. After several failed try and a call to his wife, we wanted to cancel our booking...

"Communication with host was poor. No information on check in procedure. No information on which room we had booked. No key in key safe.We only gained access due to a helpful fellow resident, who let us in and helped us find a free room.Room poorly maintained with curtains held up by string and blinds broken.Altogether very poor"

"Had a fantastic night's sleep! The owners were great & cooked a lively breakfast."
