Notes:

Four kayaks are available for guest use and are located in the garage! For your safety, we provide 2 adult (large) life jackets, 2 youth life jackets & 2 children`s life jackets. If you need additional life jackets, you must provide your own.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including the garage, as well as all HOA amenities such as the private boat launch and picnic area.

Winter Advisory: Roads are maintained, however weather conditions can change quickly - during the fall, winter, and spring months, 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended.
