Newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a great gathering area by the center bar. The kitchen features an island. AC split units are in all bedrooms (not in the living room or kitchen), with great ocean breezes in the main living room and kitchen when windows are open.

Guest Access:
Full access to the gated villa with private parking. Large deck with a private hot tub and pool. Access to the club pool and common bar area as well. Kayaks and paddleboards available for guest use.

Activities & Extras:
Enjoy kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, an additional club pool, decks, and a fire pit. Two kayaks (each seat two people) and two stand-up paddle boards are available for guest use. It's an easy 5-minute paddle to Scilly Cay if weather permits — an absolutely stunning little island with a beautiful beach and restaurant to enjoy. The villa is also walking distance to other bars and restaurants.
