"I really wanted to love this place. The property itself is beautiful—lush trees, birds everywhere, and a very peaceful setting. The owners also provide snorkeling gear and kayaks, which is a nice touch. However, several issues made our stay disappointing. "The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. The thing that made this an 11/10 is the food and food service. Every meal was amazing and served with a friendly smile. The lounge chairs on the deck made it hard to leave this serine location."

"Food was great.. Atmosphere was a vibe. Beautiful island to explore. If you want your own little beach, you can find one. Water taxis to other islands was made easy. Understand that you want to travel light if staying here. Couple.. we had two backpacks and a carry-on. Easy money, it was a nice 8 min walk in a dirt path to the resort. Great experience.. great staff.. Just understand, this isnt a Hilton. This is a beautiful eco lodge type deal."
