"Maya is incredible! She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000.
