Casa Nissa is a graceful apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps four people. From Casa Nissa you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery. Casa Nissa is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Ischia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the EAV bus Ischia porto - Fiaiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Dei Pescatori beach) at roughly 900 meters (990 yards).
Casa Nissa is located on the bottom floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 16 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Nissa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
Casa Nissa is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment on the first floor.

Entrance LevelGarden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the owners. Please kindly note that the owners require the barbecue to be used only with their assistance (if you would like to use it please let them know in advance).
Bottom LevelPatio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and an external shower.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table is a small wall mounted table, and can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a high internal window that opens into the other bedroom, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a high internal window that opens into the other bedroom, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
