You can walk out of the gate to the beach for walks to the most beautiful tide pools at Sardineras Beach and Pozo Teodora Beach located with in a half mile. Enjoy miles of coast line to explore throughout the area.

Walk out of the beach gate to Delphin Seafood & Mojito Bar (amazing food), open kiosks bars & restaurants along Sardineras beach for music and beautiful sunsets.

We have AC units in each bedroom and the living area with lots of windows for a lovely cross breeze when AC's are not in use. You can comfortably fit 6 people and we have a new cot for a child for the 7th person.

We offer 6 beach chairs, boogie board, cooler, beach bag, beach towels, beach toys, paddle game, & sunscreen. The condo offers tennis courts, gym, an adult pool and baby pool, basketball court, soccer field, and lights for night playing. We offer 2 parking spots.

Guests have access to beautiful yards surrounding the condo with spectacular sunsets and sunrises with nice outdoor picnic areas and tables.

We provide a key to the beach gate which works for the gym door as well.
Walk right out of the condo gate to a safe exercise trail that runs 5 miles to the board walk at Jobos beach. The trail is ocean front and leads through the palm trees and beautiful roads of PR.

There are great restaurants and bars to enjoy next to the condo at Villa Pesquera. Jobos beach has several great restaurants as well. Including the food trucks about a half mile from Jobos by the Gulf station. Jobos is 10 min. from the condo.

If you would like surfing lessons a great place to learn is at Jobo's beach with surf instructors on site. Also, for experienced surfers we have the best world class beaches on the north-west coast of PR.
The condo is 20 minuets from the Rafael Hernandez International Airport and 1.75 hours to San Juan airport.
