"35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. "

This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. "The room was nice, except the bathtub was filthy. The man at the check in desk was very friendly and accommodating. They are apparently in the middle of remodeling, and the rooms are much nicer than the rest of the building. The hallways were very loud and dingy, and there was a person lying on the floor in the middle of the hallway at 11:30 pm when we checked in after a concert."

"Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children. They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it. Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. "There was no shampoo, door didn’t work. No staff overnight, no TV, shower was clogged, and they wanted (only found out when j got there) a $100 deposit on a $67 room "

"Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
