"The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. We will definitely recommend others to stay here and if we travel that way again I will be staying there! Front desk was so kind and helpful- greatly personalities!"

"I liked having real plates, silverware and cups at breakfast. The cleaning staff blocked the elevator with their cart and only one elevator was working. Minor inconvenience. Overall it was very acceptable."

"The air only goes to a certain temperature in the room then it cuts off .Some staff are friendlier then the other ones .Rooms are alwaya clean no issues there "

"I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She "

"Arrived at approx 3:30, and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to appear to check us in. She was friendly when she did arrive. We got in the elevator and noticed how dirty it was. Then, we got to our room. It was only a double bed vs the queen bed as advertised and paid for. The lamps were dirty and busted. "We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "

"The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open."

"Room was very outdated for the price, bathroom ceiling was falling apart, paint peeling, water stains from years ago, was not a good site to see! Checked in after midnight with my 3 week old and 1 year old, room lights didn’t work so went back downstairs to change rooms, 2nd room the tv didn’t work, next morning made it clear that this was not ok so I was moved to ANOTHER room, 3rd in less than 24 hours, 3rd room was better but still not great or cozy, carpet was disgusting, phone and alarm...

"Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. "
