"Excellent location. Very easy to get walk to places to eat and shop. The Rail Trail was great for brisk walks and it’s right next to the house. The property was very clean and reasonably well furnished. It really fit our purpose and we’d recommend it if your travels take you to Lincolnton."

"House itself was as advertised and worked great for us. Two small items were the kitchen table is extremely beat up/shaky and they were some ants in the kitchen but those were manageable. Big issue is the host is completely unresponsive. We didn’t get checkout instructions in advance and the host didn’t reply when we asked for them in the Vrbo app. We had to contact customer support to get the host’s number and then they still took hours to respond (and didn’t answer a call either). "Very clean, good parking, well stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, cookware). Tastefully decorated, comfortable, relaxing environment. The blinds on the windows are attractive, but they don't block out the neighborhood lights. Curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition, otherwise I recommend a sleep mask. The welcome muffins were delicious! All of the instructions were posted and straightforward. All in all a very nice place to stay."
