"I wish I could give this stay more than five stars! The owner and his wife went out of their way to make sure my every need was taken care of. Be aware there are two ferries from Ishigaki, and only one has a shuttle to the hotel. If you’re going to rent a car book it early, but the island is very doable without a car as long as you go with the flow. The hotel is close to the river ferry which takes you to waterfall hike. And there are many local tours for paddle boarding, canoeing into the...
"We loved our time at Cago Guest House. My husband and I stayed for two nights and wish we stayed longer. Taketomi is a beautiful, quiet island and Cago is the perfect place to stay and enjoy it. The owners, a husband and wife, are lovely. We opted for the dinner both nights (breakfast was included) and all the food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!"
"Great stay and good value for money! Love the ambience of the property, warm host and cute cats. There is a beach and the angel pier in the nearby resort - it's good that the property can leverage on that too. Our room is comfortable, with microwave oven and quite a big fridge. Very close to the city centre by car. Do check out the pineapple store nearby (by car). Will want to be here again next time!"
"My family and I had a good time in Vivoviva. The front desk lady was helpful. She helped us to call the restaurant for booking. The room is spacious. I love the balcony. The sea view is gorgeous! At night, we can see stars around us. We had good sleeping there. "

"Rigtig fint ophold. God service og flot hotel med flotte omgivelser. Maden var rigtig god og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Eneste minus var begrænset muligheder for aktiviteter på engelsk."
