"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "Somewhat far from city, but that was nice. Near to grocery, beach and restaurants at the beach. You can walk but takes 15 min. Beautiful views, nice quiet, lovely private balcony. We could sleep at night with the windows open, because the room had new mosquito nets, really good. Only two things drain in the bathroom had a smell of mold and eggs was not enough every morning. "Contesto molto bello, personale gentile ville arredate bene, serramenti di pregio, accessori adeguati. Pulizia interna buona ma, sui balconi ( per altro spogli di arredamento) , intorno e dentro la piscina privata pulizia insufficente. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava, non ci sono bidet. Il luogo è isolato, conviene disporre di auto. Comunque ci siamo complessivamente trovati bene ,devo dire però che, a tariffa piena, il servizio è insufficente. "

"We had a really nice stay in this hotel. We had the room with a view on the sea. By far their best room and the appartment was clean. Zanneta made sure we had a nice stay at her place even though she does not speak english very well. Her son is there to help her out on the phone if she can't speak directly with you. I truly recommand this for a nice and calm vacation. And if you like kite surfing, this is the place for you."
