"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Super convenient location especially with the US Surfing Open going on. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. The only negative was at first our room had an odor. I’m pretty sure that the people prior to us had a dog - the room smelled of deodorizing chemicals. Other than that, we were happy with the stay and will definitely be back."

"This was the most fabulous stay at Homewood. We were traveling with a group and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. There was always some one at the front desk to help and the folks on the kitchen staff were great. We will absolutely return to this hotel. For the price there is so much value there."

"Disappointed about the service level when we checked in. We arrived late due to flight schedule and we did not feel welcomed.
The AC in the suite did not work properly. When turned off, the room was super cold. The mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, would not recommend for adults.

"Check in was so easy and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He had such a great personality and was so helpful. I read that in the reviews and it certainly holds true. We also loved that they let us borrow chairs, beach towels and boogie boards. It made our beach experience so much better and my kids were excited to get on those Pacific Ocean waves. The location in proximity to the beach is very close. Less than 5 minutes for sure. I would definitely stay here again for all those...

"I arrived at the hotel around 11am and did not expect to get a room until 3-4pm, but my room was ready so I could check in and get settled right away. Pendry also listened to my request of having a room on the higher floors and put me on floor 17. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, my stay was great and I cannot see myself choosing any other hotel if I go back to Newport Beach!"
